# Trust and untrusted records

> How Lumira handles public untrusted records.

## Purpose

The Untrusted page helps community owners review approved risk records before
granting high-trust access.

## Review standard

Records should only appear publicly after review and approval by Lumira. Evidence
links may be public when available and appropriate.

## How to use records

Use public records as signals, not as the only basis for a decision. Review your
own community context before taking action.

## Corrections

If a record appears inaccurate, gather the record details and ask support through
Discord with your Support PIN where relevant.
