# Forms

## Forms builder

Forms let workspace owners collect structured responses from members.

Supported field types include:

* Short text
* Long text
* Multiple choice
* Dropdown
* Checkbox
* Number
* File upload where enabled

## Responses

Responses are stored in the workspace and can be reviewed from the dashboard.
Configured forms can also post a formatted Discord embed.
