# Verification

> Let members link Discord accounts to Roblox accounts.

## What verification does

Verification connects a Discord user to a Roblox account. Lumira stores this link
so members do not need to reverify after a bot restart or service restart.

## Setup checklist

* Set a verification channel.
* Configure the verified Discord role.
* Publish the verification message.
* Test the flow with a non-admin account.

## Member flow

1. The member opens the verification link or command.
2. They authenticate with Discord.
3. They continue to Roblox OAuth.
4. Lumira stores the verified identity.
5. Lumira applies the verified role if configured.

## Verification risk

Pro workspaces can enable verification risk checks for new accounts, blacklist
matches, and potential ban evasion signals.
