1. Platform Terms & Community Standards

All users must comply with the applicable platform Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when engaging with Lumira services or communities. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal.

2. Professional Conduct & Respect

We uphold a high standard of professionalism and mutual respect. Harassment, unnecessary conflict, or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated. Lumira is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all users.

3. Harassment & Discrimination

Lumira operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to race, gender, religion, or identity. Threats or targeted abuse will result in immediate and permanent suspension.

4. Prohibited Content

The sharing of inappropriate content, including NSFW material, explicit media, hate speech, or offensive language is strictly prohibited. Violations will be addressed promptly.

5. Spam & Platform Integrity

Spamming, mass messaging, or coordinated disruption (including raids) is strictly forbidden. Such actions will result in removal from Lumira services.

6. Unauthorized Advertising

Advertising external platforms, services, or products without prior written approval from Lumira management is prohibited. This includes unsolicited direct messages to users.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Users must not share private information, internal discussions, or sensitive data. Lumira is committed to protecting user data and operates in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Sensitive matters should be reported through official channels.

8. Sexual Conduct

Sexually suggestive behaviour, explicit discussions, or online dating activity is not permitted on Lumira platforms. Violations may result in permanent suspension.

9. Sensitive Topics

To maintain a welcoming environment, we discourage discussions involving highly controversial political, religious, or social issues. Lumira reserves the right to moderate or remove such content where necessary.

10. Community Integrity

Any actions intended to harm Lumira’s community, reputation, or operations will result in immediate suspension. Respect for the community is essential.

11. Fraud & Financial Abuse

Any fraudulent activity, including payment abuse, chargebacks, identity theft, or exploitation of systems will result in an immediate ban and may be subject to further investigation.

12. Data Misuse

Unauthorized collection, distribution, or sale of user data is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent removal and legal action.

13. Illegal Activities

Engaging in or promoting illegal activities through Lumira services is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

14. Impersonation

Impersonating another individual, Lumira staff member, or organization with intent to deceive is prohibited and will result in account termination.

15. Support System Misuse

Abuse of support systems, including spam, false reports, or harassment of staff may result in restricted access to support services or full suspension.

16. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted material is prohibited. Lumira respects intellectual property rights and will take appropriate action against violations.
