What modmail does

Modmail lets users contact a community privately. Lumira creates a ticket channel for staff and relays messages between the user and the ticket.

Staff access

Configure one or more staff roles that can access tickets.

Claiming tickets

Staff can claim a ticket to show ownership. The assigned staff member is stored on the modmail thread and appears on dashboard transcript views.

Transcripts

When a ticket closes, Lumira can post or store a transcript. Transcript URLs use:
{domain}/{guildId}/tickets/{ticketReference}
